Now that'll do wonders for moral.> I guess the moral of the story is that potential layoffs will do wonders for morale. ;-) <From what I've heard, there are departments and people already jockeying for position to save their jobs if the merger goes through. This cuts into productivity at a time when that hurts the most.> If the merger is approved, expect productivity to be impacted over the next two years at the very minimum.
