we're losing a trendy grocery store (actually 7 or 8 of them from one chain) in our area -- real nice store -- high prices -- wanting to appeal to the upscale customers, but folks want lower prices -- imagine that. <vbg>

regarding interst rates, not only are they low artificially, but the trend is clearly going to be up from here. A key difference between now and the 90's.
