John. Good points. I'd not looked at the REIT index. Appears many former bears, who retreated to circle the wagons around the double dip recession idea are starting to come under pressure with that thesis.<g> Roger on the XNG. Very powerful rally there. Just thankful for being fortunate enough to have loaded up on NG stocks and some of the oil service stocks starting 2 wks ago (purchases posted at time of entry over on SD II). 2002 off to a very strong start.
