KC, it's not overcapacity that's the problem. Tiny chimpanzee clans fight. Competing alpha males fight. That's just the nature of the beast. Moslem maniacs who want to be top dog are NOT going to leave GeorgeW alone. Or anybody else for that matter. They'll hack heads until they have their way. Humans have fought forever. Competing soldiers kill of other males, take over the females and the territory and all is hunky dory until it's time for another rampage as their numbers build up some more. Modernity conceals that tendency and it's sublimated in sports. But it's real [and scary]. So, in a way it's 'overcapacity' but that's not really the driving force. It's the drive to be the boss which is the problem. The USA system is good because it avoids the fighting [for the most part]. Clinton got to be the boss and got the girls. That's XY chromosome testosterone-fuelled nirvana. GeorgeW isn't getting the girls, so he's going for more power as a good alternative - that is a very dangerous situation for those opposing him [like Osama and co] since he has got a very, very large variety of weaponry and plenty of helpers. He will not be forgetting about the hunt and going back to Monica. He's got serious business to look after. [How's that for psychobabble - doing my best!] Mqurice
