Nope. That's not happening. Another example of flawed GOP wishful thinking.

In the year 2000, more blacks than at any time in American history were considered middle-class, yet Gore received more than 90 percent of the black vote. So just the opposite is occurring. As more blacks move into middle class, more are voting Democratic.
