Yes I know. He did miss the bottom in 98 though, calling it a headfake. But overall his calls have been right on the money. I like Frank alot, because he looks at the global picture and brings in lots of historical data. His calls are well thought out. No one has a crystal ball that doesn't go blurry sometimes. If you're from So. Cal and watched the biz channel, do you remember the Neo Wave guy? The one who kept saying we would have a mania type rally come 2000 and then a huge bear market? At the time we were in the midst of the downturn in 98 and I kept thinking he was absolutely nuts. Who woulda thunk he was right back in 98? TA
