It's true that certain Republicans need to re-affirm their credentials(and keep the troops in line) by reminding us regularly that all evil in the world stems from Bill and Hill.

It's part of the propaganda campaign to prepare us for the shadow government-and make us forget about the legislative and judicial branches entirely.
