Is NEM poised to break out from its cup and handle formation? The close today was above the previous closing high at the beginning of the handle, at 25. If we see it move higher on good volume, it might be a good buy point, using the IBD approach.

Probably we need to see POG go over 300, though, to cause such a break out for NEM.
