Yes, I've done a tiny bit of dd on o'quinn

He has money, power and connections. Agreed. He buys up smaller law firms and adds them to his own huge company. He's done boob implant litigation as well as tobacco litigation. Those were the big things of the 80's and 90's. Now I guess he wants to get a piece of these huge new lawsuits i.e. 190M to 200M is what they're suing for each. What'd be great if instead of suing the funder, he would sue the companies for creating false value by misleading investors then agreeing to toxic funding. In my eyes, they are truly the guilty ones. I don't think Valentine is a saint, not at all. But IFFFF the contract he has with the companies is all spelled out and his actions were legal as per the laws in the country of origin of his holding companies, then it's the companies to blame. I don't know if everything that he did was legal or not. If it's so illegal, why hasn't he lost one of these lawsuits yet. They've been going on for years and they always settle or he wins. We shall see.
