isn't necessary. Bob's recommendation, as wholehearted a one as I have ever seen from him, was for a third of your portfolio which then promptly went down 70%.

As for Utek, that recommendation was underwater for 3 years until, just after he gave it a sell, it went nearly straight up. I don't care if he gives bad advice as long as it's clearly known and not spun to make it look as if it didn't happen.

People have lost $50K, $100K, $150K, etc. on Bob's trading fiasco. That's true responsibility. Bob gained $185 per person and has managed to bury the QQQ's and even have people praise him for being out of the market (when he was neck deep in it). Who the heck is the responsible party in this situation? It certainly isn't Bob.
