Yesterday was indeed a one day upside false break that unfortunately sucked in a few and it will be tough to reverse todays action. XAU closed down $3.15 down 4.8% to close at XAU 62.51. This is XAU's lowest close since January 31st. I am looking for a complete breakdown to XAU 58.80 intraday low area before the dust settles. At that point I may look to get in for a scalp and reload long on gold stocks. I will like to see tomorrow's gold COT report and some of this bullish froth removed for confirmation.
