Where's the damn URL, Scott? Get real. I want to read the fine print. The Shrub is probably waxing up the "Lay Pardon" right now, while he's promising that he'll never ever let it happen again. Hypocrisy on the march. This stuff is pathetic. Dubya is pandering to public opinion and if we ever get any access at all to the details (from this secrecy riven, sanctimoniously driven scoundrel), we'll discover his "plan" is riddled with secret back door exits for all the people who bribe him.
