I don't predict. The strength rating is a measure of the current status.

However,

(1) if all funds in a sector are strong, the inertia will keep the sector rolling,

(2) if funds in a sector gaining strength, the inertia will keep the sector rolling with higher speed,

(3) volatile sectors have more sector rotations,

(4) in a major bull-bear war, there are more frequent and rapid rotations.

A simple way to see the slect fund relative strength number is to examine the % above/below 50 day MA.

My system is a little more stable than the 50 day MA because I included some artificial damping.
