That doesn't wash. There is no indication that the emergency response portion of the administrative branch of our government is inconsistant with plans which have been in effect for decades - and hasen't the Puffster been around Washington for decades himself? What a sorry joke.

Rich, my poiny would be that Dascle spends a lot of time reversing himself. He's carping one day, backpedaling the next. He really needs to stop trying to make political hay while troops are in the field and the enemy is in the wire.
