The most important thing about this last week's rally was the amount of institutional buying. I think I read somewhere that it was the largest amount of buying by Funds in over a year and a half. Once the big boys get the ball rolling as they have, they aren't going to let it just come right back down.

And because of that I think this rally is the first legitimate rally in a long time. And I think the market has seen its lows. Before I was thinking we could retest 1600 on the NAZ, but I think the test of 1700 might be it. There is too much Fund buying now, any dip to 1700 will get bought into. TOO MUCH MONEY on the sidelines, and when that money is put to work, markets move up. The Houses and Funds have billions to work with, and they will do what they will to make sure things work out in their best interests.
