...adding my 2c - "the cost will be borne by the public", which, to a non-negligible amount, consists of foreign investors. Means also, that additionally to keeping an eye on the "feel-good" atmosphere around J6P, a glance or two must go now and then in the direction of dollar rate, interest rate, COMPX, SOX, SPX, maria;, all those tools of trade, that keep the foreign investor happy. Or at least not concerned (any more).
