Sure Dundee has everything to outperform the market. Its exposure to the Hope Gold play by itself could change the big picture. In a bull market, Dundee discount to NAV would also trend towards $0 adding to the upside potential.

I would also not be surprised if Dundee takes over Miramar/Hope Gold one of these days and becomes an operator. We would then see a upward re-evaluation and the disappearance of the NAV.
