Europe was very methodical in their routine extermination of the Jews (I believe the word "pogrom" is a definition you may want to research) throughout history - simply because they were Jews. You sure don't sound like a Christian to me. The very definition of a Christian is "a Follower of Christ". Unfortunately, 'Christianity' evolved from the Roman Empire's 'skewed' version/vision of a religion based on the Roman Empire's "demagogic principles" (in other words - shrewdly using the illiterate 'masses' to gain influence and power by turning the very "word" of Christ into an agent of HATE - through CORRUPTION). However, REAL Christian principles of "Love thy neighbor as thou loveth thyself", "Let he who hath no sin cast the first stone" etc, and the basic precepts of what a 'Christian' was before the Roman Empire (and countless other corrupt and 'Powerful" influences) smashed IT to bits and began churning out people LIKE YOU - well, some of us didn't follow so blindly, as you obviously did. I truly doubt that Jesus Christ would want to follow behind you, because you are not walking anywhere near HIS path. HIS pity for you must be unbearable. We should all pray for you, but I think that might be a waste of time (for us and for you). I consider myself to be a Christian, but not in your barely lit definition of what a Christian really is. You probably would have been a "happy little camper" living in Germany (or France, or Poland, or Czechoslovakia, or Romania, ETC) from 1925 to 1945 - You would have had your Church leaders following 'en masse' (a pun) right behind you. Only a very few number of "Christians" actually acted like Christians, then; of course, we know what happened to many of THEM (Yes, "those people" who 'turned' against their 'own kind' even though all of humanity are RELATED, in some way or another).... Your bias and hatred shows through everything you write. How (or when) did your "faith" become so bitter? I bet that's an interesting story in itself. G_d bless, Lorraine
