Drbob "...one can make money even going long, LOL!" "EVEN going long"! That probably sounds odd to most people but in my case it's even odder. Odder? Is that a word? I realize most people here think that I just sell short, and I do most of the time, but even I have to get with the program when it's heading up. "You and I keep to the important adage or paradigm of TA, which is to let the market tell you what the trend is. Obviously, that is no easy task, otherwise every technician would be a gazillionaire in no time." It is the most difficult task as a trader. As with conversations, most people enjoy talking but few are good listeners. Traders tend to impose their 'view' on the market and thereby miss the real action. We need to be good listeners and good followers.
