I agree that with gold under $300 and copper at it's present price, this project will probably not get started but the same applies to virtually all the undeveloped deposits anywhere in the world.
However what has not been factored in to these calculations is that recent devaluation of the local currency has made Venezuela a very low cost production country. Look what happened to the South African gold companies when the Rand weakened.
As you point out gold at $325 will make a huge difference.

I want to thank Claude, Russ, Elizabeth and all who alerted and provided us valuable information related to Francisco Gold. Congratulations! My question now concerns whether to wait until May for the deal to consummate and receive the Exploration jr. stock with $25mm in the bank or sell now and forgo the stock. Is the value of the exploration stock already factored into the price of FGX? Thanks for any help on this.
