As long as it was reasonable to infer consent at the time of intercourse, it is not rape. I would say that if there is no reason to believe that the woman would have construed your behavior as genuinely coercive, as opposed to ardent and somewhat aggressive, then no rape exists. To put it another way, would a reasonable woman, in context, think that she was being threatened or that the man was intent upon holding her down, that is, would not stop?

As far as drugs or alcohol go, it seems to me that if the woman is responsible for partying, and is lucid enough to continue socializing, it is not rape.....I am not sure it would be rape unless she were passed out.....
