It's the docket sheet that counts. Lawyers can say they intend to do a lot of things. Taking the case of that "sister company" to Medinah, AZNT's lawyers said they were going to prosecute Silicon Investor, Raging Bull, and a plethora of "black corporations". Having the same follow-through skills as Medinah, it of course never happened. Let's stick to the official docket on this case.

Handshake, are you claiming the the clerk lied to me about what was on (and not on) the docket, information that clearly contradicted what Medinah wrote in their "legal update"? If you have any information that contradicts the docket sheet and verifies Medinah's claims, feel free to post it. Otherwise, please save the game of "what if" and "why don't" for the MDMN message boards. Thanks.
