Handshake, as far as the Nevada District Court is concerned (i.e. nobody else's opinion matters), O'Quinn is not listed as representing Medinah in that jurisdiction. Regardless, the question at issue is not what O'Quinn perhaps intends to do or file, the question is whether Medinah falsely reported they have obtained default judgments against anyone. At this point, the court record speaks for itself. Thanks for the link to the third amended complaint summonses. I presume you know Medinah has dismissed the suit against many of the defendants cited. - Jeff

Get him to check the bathrooms or FBNA Secrets Tell the shareholder to be sure and check the bathrooms at the courthouse as well. Check the bathroom at the lawyers office, that is important. There is probably no single place it is more important to check the bathroom, than at the company itself. Once you have ruled out all the other merits of the investment you can often find people who will buy the bathroom, if it is nice. Make sure the shareholder (man I LOVE it when you use that word, heheheh, like they are holding something, that's funny) is sincere and well liked by the promoters before they do the bathroom check. The best bathrooms have an understated elegance that speaks quietly of treasures in the mini-bar just down the hall.
