interesting, any idea why Fujitsu would want full repayment? After all, amd did not try to avoid payments and $125M seems like such a small number to break multi-year cooperation.
It is also interesting that it is done in such a low interest rate environment

Wanna, It looks like FMI is unwilling or unable to repay the loan. Just like co-signing for a car for your kid, if he fails to pay you are on the hook for it.
The question is how deep and dark is the FMI hole they have dug? Are they truly unable to repay it? If they cannot, then AMD is hooked.
