About Japan market. I wonder the rocket rise in its market is due to shorts covering or market is calling bottom to economy and can't get any worse. I think it's mostly due to shorts covering. After they're done, watch for the cliff.

Looks like Japan is up about 2% after all and the yen is up sharply as well. Remember lots of strategists have recently turned bullish on Japan. And their market still is about 70% below its all time high while the S&P 500 is down just 20% or so. I still say that market will vastly outperform ours over the next few years. Of course the short-term trend is anybody's guess.
