Off Topic... Thanks for the information. Did some research on national home builders with names you provided. I can see where they could buy directly from manufacturer. I wouldn't be surprised if they showed up one day in my neck of the woods. Don't want to be snooty (oh, heck, why not) but when we get involved in a building project we're dealing in $1,000,000 homes. So, I'm not aware about builders in the $200,000 to $400,000 range. Shhhhhhhh... We're the decorative painters. P.S. Our area is so lousy with million dollar homes that us poor people can't afford to live here anymore. Feel bad for me.
