Handshake,

I'm sort of LOL here...

you intent is discrediting Medinah and its management....

This statement presupposes some form of credibility already exists. Credibility is like beauty, in that it is mostly in the eye of the beholder... And, in case you hadn't noticed, Medinah didn't come over to this thread and post. You did. So, if anyone's credibility is suspect, it is your own...

I say thru my sources that more than one has been filed

And your own words serve to illustrate my point!

Vince, you need to understand the rudiments of law before trying to make a legal argument. If you reread what I wrote, you'll see that you first need the court to agree that someone you legally served never responded to your complaint before you can then ask for a judgment against them. Medinah has made one (1) filing asking the court to certify someone they served has not responded. They are still awaiting a ruling. So, not only do they not have any default judgments, they don't have anyone they can yet legally ask for one against!

I think you should call his office since you intent is discrediting Medinah and its management....

No, my intent was to relay what the Nevada District Court has on their Medinah docket. If this discredits Medinah management by contradicting what they are telling the public that's not my fault.
