John I don't care to play semantics , its obvious that the case has not been dismissed against YOU or you would say so. What you are implying is that you were not served but the wrong person was, thats what I see from your evasiveness. I also have seen the court papers that mentioned a calgary address. I also heard something about service by publication. I am no lawyer nor do I care to be one. If you had no reason to be scared of Les Price and his lawsuit you would disclose where they could serve you. Remaining hiding like the Win-Lose-Draw's of the world tell me YOU HAVE REASON TO HIDE. Thats what a judge and jury will think also. You guys can put all the CUMO trash and all the Jorge's of the world and it will not matter. (I strongly suggest that Jorge will not help your case)....
