just place me in your IGNORE section And miss all of the fun??? I think not... <g> What you are not understanding about this thread, is that it is sort of a layman's legal thread. No one on the thread cares much about rumor, innuendo, good intentions, promises, objective reasoning about attorneys and so on. The thread is about quoting from highly credible sources, such as (but not limited to) newspapers like the Wall Street Journal or The New York Times, court filings (the actual filings and dockets, not "he said, she said" rumors or company press releases), credible news organizations like Bloomberg and so on. Anyone can draft a legal document to impress someone else. However, on this thread, we don't care about it until after it has been filed with the courts, and become a part of the public record. So, you can see why Jeff is a bit skeptical of what you wrote. He, like me and everyone else, goes by what is a part of the public record, not by what is intended or by what may happen. KJC

He is not or Bottled water anyone ? Don't mind the yellow colour or the odor, its nothing really, it won't permanently harm you if you drink limited amounts. Until some proof is offered O'Quinn isn't around, you could also say he is not around, he is not here, he ain't here, not here, haven't seen him, no siree bob,nope, never saw him in my life, not involved, not around. I hope this helps. Do me a favour and say shareholder again, that just cracks me up.
