Ibexx, yes and as long as the summation index is moving up it's a bull thing, if the mcllelan osc goes back into negative territory, which turns the summation index down, i would be careful, the cross into negative territory was timely after the jan top. We are not turning up from a very oversold condition like we have in the last year, but then again we have p/c ratios and rydex ratios quite close to the sept lows with the avgs and the summations way off the lows.
