What I said was that whatever you read in the news and see on the TV is definitely slanted and biased toward making the US look good. It is natural, nationalistic and human. If you cannot understand that ask some person with a ugly kid if his baby is ugly? Every American wants America to be good, thus the news is always slanted with a positive US bias, especially in the near term. Viet Nam was disaster for five years before the real news starting coming out.

As for foreigners the same holds true. When every foreign nation stops critizing the US policy then we are pure as driven snow as you seem to believe.
