Do you have (or know where one can find) a comprehensive list of these companies? You are correct, it is unpatriotic. However, it (the loophole) reminds one of Al Gore's no legal controlling authority defense.

Several years ago an acquaintance suggested I meet with his slick lawyer, a fellow that could move assets into an individualized Belize "corporation". Didn't pass the smell test. Neither did the acquaintance thereafter. It is a sad fact of life that some corporations (and individuals) simply lack a moral compass.

No boycott here. Only individuals are patriotic or unpatriotic. Corporations are successful if they reward their employees and stock holders well and make a profit. I sense that you have an aversion to capitalism.
