Corporations shouldn't pay any tax. Their shareholders are taxed on the corporate profits, so why should the corporations be taxed again? It's a double tax. Nobody's denied it or presented a convincing argument otherwise.

if a company has to move to bermuda to compete and stay in business I would look first at the laws that made that happen,again I say read ATLAS SHRUGGED and perhaps then you will understand what dems are all about and why they hate achievers.You know your piecoshit party had 40 years of uninterrupted rule,America is all about what your party did,it is all the loopholes created by dems sucking up to big business one dem at a time and all the backroom deals that are our tax laws, look to the cause of the problem you sound like just another lockstep dem without a processor of your own.Damn fool!
