A dubious conclusion Pearly Button. I don't know how many gold traders there are here who play the short term swings. I'd say that the irritability is caused mainly because gold has not been able to hold above $300 yet again. Whether gold is going down is anyone's guess.

do I detect a general level of tetchy testiness amongst some posters here on the GPM thread??

no, not a damn bit, buddy.

... not discriminated between sensitivity to nonlinear determinism and facilitation using autocorrelation.

easy for you to say

This would indicate to me that the price of gold is going down, and the participants had not sold at the recent highs.

not true. we are just fine about it. So who asked you to bug the issue anyway?

Soooooo ok. fine. just fine. so is the stock market chaotic, or is it just phase randomized?

And if PR, then we can just crank up the DSP engine and let it run for a few days and then buy or sell?

I have the problem of large short term profits in gold.If I sell I KNOW I will have to give up a big chunck of it in taxes.I want to remain in gold so I would eventually by back my position.I would not want to use the money owed in taxes, and there is no guarentee I could get back in at a lower price. There for, for me there is little attraction to trade in and out. What does piss me off is that I had just said that charts are not always a good map to follow in responce to a prediction that gold would fall.
