Rally! All markets. Have to keep in mind how the Nikei took off. Remember they really did not ban short selling...even though there was probably a lot of covering. Open to the possibility of a contageon effect just like in the old days but this time it looks like the move is on the upside. Also think bears got aggressive and bulls sold, ahead of Intel. Fear peaked short term yesterday as I see it. Nasdaq 10,000!! Just kidding. but Dow 11,000 is a short term reality. jmho.
