I see different numbers. The location of the dips may correspond, but the values do not. For example, the deep low just prior to the 1/31/75 registers about -290 on the first chart. On the second one that same dip is at about -60. Since the text in the first chart suggests only dips below a certain threshold are significant, I'd like to know how it is calculated. Neither of these charts corresponds to the sketchy definition from the article posted by J.T.

I'll look back at prior posts when I have the time. I did just find this one that observed the April 2001 minimum, and it can be seen on your link as well
