I'm about 80% into tech stocks now...

Most of my money is in RSTN, ARBA and BRCD -- all position trades and doing quite well now...I'm keeping a nice cash cushion and will NOT use margin in this market.

IMO, a powerful spring rally may kick in ahead of schedule.

Here's some positive news for the old Telecom Sector...

<<8:40AM Morgan Stanley sees telecom trading opportunity in Q2 : Morgan Stanley sees a trading opportunity in telecom equipment stocks such as CSCO, NT, LU, CIEN, and JDSU after Q1 warnings and earnings are out of the way; believes that late release of service provider budgets will lead to a weak Q1 followed by a Q2 sequential rebound of up to 10%; sees trade lasting until the second half when 2003 carrier capex budgets are announced.>>

The NAZ futures are way up...prepare for takeoff...=)
