Scott...I don't see Abby's reference to the NAZ in your message. Agree that the DOW is poised for a recovery if you believe all of what the pundits are saying right now. The NAZ? That's another story in my estimation. I don't see any significant signs of growth in the tech sector (which, by the way, is where my comfort level of knowledge is). Hence, the large position in cash. I am spending a lot more time in the NYSE section of IBD now days. ;-)
