Zeev,
I have a question and would really appreciate your (and any others) insightful input.

Recently I bought New Japan Radio in Tokio (6911.J). (www.bigcharts.com ticker is JP:6911). www.njr.co.jp www.njr.com

They are a maker of linear ICs (largest opamp maker in the world), GaAs semis (wireless, opto, hispeed) some power semis and a vast assortment motor controller ICs (in 99 they bought Ericsson's division - this could be interesting for driving MEMS IMHO)

I bought at 415 Yen weeks ago. Back then Price/Sales was 0.25. The stock ascended to 720 yesterday. From the chart I see resisitance levels at 900 Yen, a gap from 1100 to 1350 and an alltime high of 1600 Yen.

It's a midcap company on the second section in Tokyo. Typical volumes were 30-50k daily. Now 100-200k are traded. This is a direct and indirect exporter. Most of its chips go into final goods shipping outside JApan (like consumer electronics). My take was that devaluation is not so much a concern here because for exporters there's an implicit hedge( cheaper Yen improves profit or market share or both)

At 720 Yen, Price/Sales is still around 0.50. The firm has managed to stay profitable even during the difficult last 2 years. Now they were guiding up and of the 3 analysts covering the firm, one upped from hold to buy the other to strong buy.

I don't want to chicken out nor want to be entirely bold without reason. How would you analyze this situation ?? Sell now, wait for 900, wait for the gap (1200-1300) or the all time high ??
