Michael does not object to "agreements" made voluntarily by two or more people. Michael objects to such agreements being extended to govern the actions of people not a party to the agreement. Michael believes that violations of the TOU should be addressed by SI Admin. Bad manners, boorish behavior and outright asshole behavior are part of life and rarely good reasons for calling the cops or becoming a vigilante. IMO, more than one person is acting like a "victim" in the who-can-refer-to-who spat. M
