Here's some more good news for RSTN investors...

From Pacific Growth Equities

"Yesterday SBC Communications gave a mid-quarter update where the company maintained its 2002 capital expenditure projections of $9.2 - 9.7 billion and it stated that it will continue investing in the build-out of its data/IP network.

The Company specifically stated that it plans to complete its 'in-region network connections', which we believe will benefit metropolitan area network vendors. We would also note that in a conference call just two weeks ago, SBC stated that it reiterated plans to introduce several high-speed
data services this year, including a new Ethernet Optical Network service in the
August/September timeframe and an Enterprise VPN service in late Q1 or early
Q2. We believe that SBC's announcement reconfirms that regional bells are
committed to making significant investments in the metropolitan area network in
2002 / 2003, which will benefit MAN vendors such as Cisco Systems (CSCO: Nasdaq,
Not Rated) and Riverstone Networks. Accordingly, we maintain our Buy on RSTN."
