It's a "not if, but when" situation. Any unexpected news will drive it faster (war in Mid-East, US attacking Iraq, new terrorist incidents domestically), but it will happen in any event. I'm in accumulation mode, and will reload the trading account fully on this dip. BTW, according to Merril's chief equity strategist, the SPX PE is at an ALL TIME HIGH (dating back to 1930).
