It is now the party of Schwarz-Winnick-Rich... a high probability the People's Republic of China as well.

No surprise that you want to pay people a wage just for living though - I hear China supports that as well... Cuba too.

I agree with you flapjack. Years ago, we had a Republican Governor here in the State of Washington (Dan Evans) who did care about the common man. He was elected for 3 straight terms and later was elected to the US Senate. Now, Democrats have controlled the governorship since 1984 because the Republicans keep nominating far right candidates who are easily defeated. Same thing is happening in California.
