CB, true, [in nearly all instances], for people working at a job. But capitalists live where they like. My commuting time is 10 seconds out onto the deck or 40 minutes to Piha beach or 10 minutes to Mission Bay.

Auckland is a [relatively] small town at 1 million population.

When working, I always tried to minimize my commuting time and was generally very successful [5 minutes or 10 minutes being common]. 3 hours commuting each day in a car is not my idea of living a life.
