ngt.v - could be bad news too, ya never know ... Kastel says maybe the Commerzwaffe slapped an import penalty on mexicano gold -g- ... well in that case the great white north would still take it, and a lot of other places too ... i got filled on the cpt, umm is that a good sign?

.. i'm supposed to be doing some stupid real-life activity ... 'work' i think they call it, real teutonic four-letter sound and i don't like it one bit

National Gold Corporation (the "Company") reports that its website
(http://www.nationalgold.com) contained links to third party articles
concerning the Company which contain comments which may be considered to be
of a promotional or speculative nature or which contain references by such
third parties to technical data which may not comply with applicable
disclosure regulations and policies. The Company disseminated certain of
such articles by e-mail. The Company confirms that independent third
parties prepared such articles, the opinions and views expressed in such
articles are not necessarily the opinions and views of the Company, and
should not be relied upon by the investing public. The Company has now
terminated the links and the practice of disseminating such articles
electronically.

The Company and its Joint Venture partner are jointly developing the
Mulatos gold deposit in Northern Mexico. A 1999 feasibility study on the
property by Tendoramex SA de CV indicated that the property had marginal
economics at that time.

The Joint Venture partners contemplate a smaller scale operation than that
designed under that feasibility study and plan a staged operation, starting
with production from the higher grade Estrella Zone.

The Company stresses however that it has not prepared a preliminary
feasibility study of the Mulatos deposit in relation to such an operation,
and until such time as such a study has been completed, it is impossible
for any party to make any accurate statements with respect to the
feasibility or economic viability of the planned operation.

ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF NATIONAL GOLD CORPORATION
