The United States Department of Energy has released figures that show that the U.S. is the world’s largest consumer of
Iraqi crude oil and that it depends on Baghdad for some nine percent of its oil imports.

Imports are 50% of domestic use. The site I used was related only to "imports". Mexico, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Venezuela are not 100% as you notice but closer to 90%.
