I prefer that we get away from taxing all the wrong things: capital formation, investment income, salaries and wages. But if we continue to choose such cat-burning, our constitution should be amended to limit the total tax take for federal, state and local government to a reasonable percentage. My own opinion is that 10% is reasonable. The take is currently over half, which represents an oppressive seizure of private property, and props up an illegitimate socialist system.

The capital will leave, and most liberals will have no compunction about it, either...
