My dad had to sue GE to get his pension. He was successful but very stressed by the ordeal. He'd saved them a lot of money in cost savings ideas in quality control. To GE's credit they eventually saw benefit in paying some of the savings to employees. In his time all they got was a plaque.

I went out to buy a tool today and saw a Stanley and remembered you promoting them so I bought it. Got home and saw it was made in England.
