15:38 ET Market fade blamed on GE 10-K : Trading floors blaming concerns over receivables and financing exposure to SPEs (special purpose entities) raised in
General Electric (GE 40.40 -0.55) 10-K filing for late session decline in the DJIA. Hearing that Dow Jones reporting that receivables held by special purpose entities
rose from to $43 bln from $31 bln and that GE would support SPEs should rating fall below AA-... GE has fallen about 1.10 pts over the past hour, and is currently
trading just off its lows of the day.
