Wanna, A lot depends on the speed with which flash rebounds. JIT inventory controls have a unique ability to squeeze a channel dry....no-one wants to be the first penguin into the icy waters. I thus expect flash to restart with a bang.

As for Fujitsu. They have aplayed out the old boy network as far as they can. The government now sees that they can no longer play the same old game of zero rate loans. that means that for the first time many Japcos face bankruptcy/buyruptcy. Buyruptcy is the face save they use in Japan when they go broke and someone accepts some of the debt for all the company and the government buries the rest of the debt.
Fujitsu is now trying to stay above water, shedding debts and assets and hoping they will endure. Now Fujitsu will endure hard time but they will be ok.

Part of this is debt denial. As an offshore entity then can play this easier than AMD and I suspect in time they will make a sawoff. A flash rebound may well change their minds and the place will open again.

One wonders why a debt ran for 10 years?
